We consider referrals for young people aged 16–17 who need supported accommodation as they prepare for adulthood.

Our approach combines a stable home, tailored keywork, practical life skills and close working with the young person’s professional network.

Who our provision is designed to support

Young people in care or leaving care.
Young people moving on from foster or residential placements.
Young people unable to live at home or at risk of homelessness.
Young people needing help to engage with education, training or employment.
Young people needing structured support with routines, boundaries and everyday living skills.
Young people supported through safeguarding, youth justice or multi-agency plans, where their needs can be met safely.
Pregnant young women and young mothers with their babies, through our specialist provision at Lily’s House.

Every referral is assessed individually. Suitability depends on the home’s service offer, the young person’s needs, staffing capacity and compatibility with other residents. Contact us to discuss the appropriate provision and availability.

Lily’s House is our specialist supported accommodation setting for pregnant young women and young mothers aged 16–17 with their babies.

With space for up to four young people, a shared lounge and kitchen, and staff available around the clock, we offer a setting where young people can settle into routines and work towards their own goals.

We focus on the young person as well as their role as a parent: their wellbeing, relationships, education and future matter.

Who does Lily Supports support?

Each referral is assessed against the relevant home’s service offer and the young person’s needs.
